Glazehall are adding their 25 years experience in Healthcare, selling going concerns in our union with the accomplished Yorkshire developer Bonums Commericial to build Turnkey Homes.
This will strengthen the present weakness in the market of finding sound businesses. The aim is to expand our portfolio and build high quality turnkey to ease the present shortage. The previous turnkey homes that we have been in involved in demonstrate to us that this is by far the best way forward.
We are at present investigating 10 sites in selected areas across of the UK. We will build 50 to 80 bedded homes, or what ever size to fit any category. If you want a particular location or a size you prefer we will tailor make the home and dovetail it to your needs in line with the local demand.
After the initial meeting to develop a mutual understanding our associates will buy the land, get planning and build to order. A contract to purchase will be offered to you.. You will then pay a 10% deposit on the signing of the contract with one further 15% payment during the build with the remaining 75% on hand over. If you do not have bank support in place we can introduce you to one of our financial connections, subject to status.
